Reservation Requirements
- Guest Information: Guests must provide accurate personal details, including name, contact information, and payment method.
- Payment Method: We Accept Bank Deposit, UPI Or Cash Payments.
- Deposit: 100% Advance need for confirmation in Festival eve & Long Weekends. (Non Refundable.)
Check-In and Check-Out Policies
- Check-In Time: 9 AM
- Check-Out Time: 8 AM
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Additional Charge applicable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Flexible Bookings:
- Cancel before 30 days of arrival we refund full amount. Only 5% will charge of deposited amount.
- Cancel in between 8 to 30 days of arrival we refund 50% of booking amount.
- Cancel in between 1 to 7 days of arrival No refund.
- (Refund processing time is 7 bank working days.)
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Do not allow cancellations or refunds on festival eve & long weekends.
- No-Show Policy: Hotel have all rights to sell the room if the guest No show on check in date till 12 midnight.
Payment Policy
- Advance Payment: Full payment require for Booking confirmation in advance.
- Payment Methods: Bank Deposit, UPI, Credit & debit cards & INR Payment mode Accepted.
- Taxes and Fees: Rates usually exclude taxes, service charges, or additional fees, which are added at checkout.
Occupancy and Extra Charges
- Maximum Occupancy:
- Double Room 2Adults + 1 kid below 6 years.
- Triple Room 3Adults + 1 kid below 6 years.
- Family Room 4Adults + 1 kid below 6 years.
- Extra Guests: Additional charges may apply for extra guests, rollaway beds, INR 500/- PER NIGHT.
- Children’s Policy: Age limits 6 Years for children staying free.
Identification and Age Restrictions
- ID Requirements: A government-issued photo ID or passport is typically required at check-in.
- Minimum Age: Guests must meet the minimum age requirement 18 years old to book a room.
